Business Terms

Your purchase or use of the contents of www.qmprocesses.com implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

1. License Grant and Right of Ownership

The purchase of a product via www.qmprocesses.com grants you a non exclusive and not transferable eternal right to use the process templates and tools provided by www.qmprocesses.com. The right of ownership of the purchased process templates and tools stays with Dipl.-Ing. Walter Abel Management Consulting, Hauptplatz 34/8A, A-2070 Retz as operator of www.qmprocesses.com.

2. Limited Usage

All process templates and tools must be used for company internal purposes only. Usage of process templates and tools for the purpose of consulting, the performing of trainings and management coaching is explicitly prohibited.

3. Modifications and Adaptions 

You are entitled to perform all required modifications to adopt the process templates and tools to your specific requirements. The insertion of logos, the further processing and the adaption of the tools for company internal purposes is explicitly permitted.

4. Prohibition of Transfer

Without written permission of www.qmprocesses.com no process templates or tools, in original or modified, on disk, CD, website or any other medium may be offered for sale, distributed or sold. You are not entitled to transfer your right of usage for contents from www.qmprocesses.com to any third party without previous written permission from the owner of www.qmprocesses.com.

5. Restitution

All our TQM templates come with a 60 day money back guarantee.  All prices are net, means VAT will be added during purchasing process as applicable according to local legislation.

6. Ownership of Rights

Owner of the webpage www.qmprocesses.com is Dipl.-Ing. Walter Abel Management Consulting, Hauptplatz 34/8A, A-2070 Retz.

7. Warranty

Our products are provided "sold as seen", without warranty of any kind, neither expressed nor suggested.
 
The owner of rights of www.qmprocesses.com shall not in any case be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages, howsoever arising (including but not limited to loss of revenue or loss of anticipated profits) in connection with or arising out of the furnishing, functioning or use of the products or any item of service provided and shall not be liable for any other damages except as expressly provided in those terms of business.

8. Reference

After the completion of the transaction www.qmprocesses.com is entitled to state the name of the customer on its web page.

9. Place of Jurisdiction

Place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria. Austrian law is applicable. 

10. Data Protection

The Data Protection Regulation of Dipl.-Ing. Walter Abel Management Consulting, Hauptplatz 34/8A, A-2700 Retz, is valid without exemption.
