    are identified and marked

  • defective products and services are subjected to special deviation approval in the event of further use or reworking

  • defective products and services are documented accordingly in all steps of their further processing analyzed for causes of defects

  • corrective measures with defined responsibilities are taken to prevent the reoccurrence of the identified defects.
