Roles in TQM define
responsibilities for processes and process steps. The standard results
in consistent basic requirements (what is the requirement) for the
individual roles, whose detailed characteristics (how is the requirement
perceived) can vary company-specifically. These company specifics are
usually defined in the job descriptions of the roles. In the
QM Process Library, you will also find role descriptions for the
most important quality management roles that are ready for tender.
